Growing self-awareness through immersive learning

The day aims to provide delegates with communication strategies that they can take back to their workplace and real life. By spending time outdoors, experiencing nature and learning alongside horses, delegates are automatically exposed to a VUCA - volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous - world, where they are confronted with how they cope with the experience in the moment in a safe way. This experiment is life changing for delegates every time.
